Our QC process
Raw material inspection
Fabric is checked for GSM, composition, colour fastness and defects before cutting.
In-line production checks
Stitching, sizing and labelling are monitored at each production stage.
Final inspection (AQL 2.5)
Every unit is inspected against the approved sample and spec sheet before packing.
Pre-shipment photo report
Buyers receive photos of the packed goods and loading before shipment is released.
Testing standards
- Fabric GSM verification
- Colour fastness (washing, rubbing, light)
- Dimensional stability after wash
- Tensile strength
- Seam strength & stitch density
- Flammability (where applicable)
- AZO dyes test
- pH value
Stricter AQL levels (1.5 or 1.0) available on request for premium buyers.
